Effective November 1, 2006, Customers who opted not to purchase or who have unfortunately let their Maintenance and Support program subscription lapse may have admission to the program by purchasing an update license at 50% of the current list price plus 12 months Maintenance and Support at 18% of list price. 1. Technical Support:  You have access to Spicer Corporation’s experienced Technical Support staff who will provide you with assistance to ensure the smooth operation of your software.  Communicate with Spicer Technical Support by phone, fax and email.  File patches or updated interim releases necessary for problem resolution are provided free of charge.
   

2. Software Updates: Spicer designates specific scheduled releases of its Imagenation Product Line as General Maintenance Updates (GMUs). A GMU may include support for new file formats, performance enhancements, new features, improved user interface and/or configurability, or enhanced integration capability.  There is a minimum of one GMU per year on supported platforms. To help you plan your projects we will send you advance notice of a scheduled GMU, a description of the major feature additions relative to the last GMU, and a "Request to Update” form.  Our standard method for delivery of updates is Internet download.  If you prefer CD-ROM distribution, a nominal processing fee will be charged.
