Setting the scale factor for the Detail window

You can define the scale at which the Detail window (Preference $image\lgarrow_shg.gif$ Detail) initially displays the pointer location.

To set the initial scale factor for the Detail window:

1. Open the Image.ini file in a text editor.

2. In the [View] section, find the Detail Scale= keyname. After the equal sign, type any floating number between 0.010 and 250.

3. Save the Image.ini file, and close it.

When you restart Imagenation, the change takes effect. The pointer location in the Detail window is displayed at the scale you set. Note that the scale factor can be changed by using the Detail window scroll bar. The initial scale factor, however, will remain the one you selected.
