If you are having problems with Imagenation, you can turn on the log files, Image.log and Image.bak, to locate the source of the problem.
To log errors:
1. Open the Image.ini file in a text editor.
2. In the [System] section, find the "Log Errors=" keyname. After the equal sign (=), type 1.
3. Save the Image.ini file, and close it.
When you restart Imagenation, the change will take effect. Log files are typically created in the program directory or in the directory specified by the "Log Filename" keyname in the [Imagenation] section of the Win.ini file on Windows.
