RS-274D files require an aperture file in order to load correctly. You can define circular, obround, square, or rectangular apertures. If an aperture file is not specified, Imagenation will use a fine circular tool.
To define Gerber RS-274D aperture files:
1. Choose Preference
Options.
2. Click the
beside Format.
3. Click Gerber.
4. In the Aperture File text box, type the location of the aperture file you want to use, or select it using the Browse button. If you do not specify a path, Imagenation looks for the aperture file in the same directory as the opened Gerber file.
5. Click Save. Click OK.
Future Gerber RS-274D files will be displayed using the selected aperture file. Current open Gerber RS-274D files are not affected.
