Loading COLD-format files

You can define at what size the text in COLD-format files is displayed, what margins are used, and whether a form overlay is used.

To set options for COLD files:

1. Choose Preference $image\arrow_shg.gif$ Options.

2. Click the $image\plus_shg.gif$ beside Format.

3. Click COLD.

4. Under Text Size, type or select the Width of the Characters per Inch.

5. Also under Text Size, type or select the Height in Lines per Inch.

6. Under Margins, type or select the size of the Top and Left margins.

7. To display COLD-format files with a background image, select the Use Form Overlay check box. Click Browse and select the name of the file to use. It must be a raster file.

8. Click Save. Click OK.

Future COLD-format files will be displayed with the selected options. Currently open COLD files are not affected.
