Defining Gerber coordinates

You can define four coordinates for Gerber images:

• Format

• Suppress Zeros

• Input Units

• Type

To define Format for Gerber images:

1. Choose Preference Options.

2. Click the beside Format.

3. Click Gerber.

4. Under Coordinates, type in Integral and Fractional values to apply to Gerber files on open.

Allowable values are 0 to 9.

5. Click Save. Click OK.

Newly opened Gerber images will be displayed using the specified choices. Currently open Gerber images are not affected.

To define Units, Zero Suppression or Type for Gerber images:

1. Choose Preference Options.

2. Click the beside Format.

3. Click Gerber.

4. Under Coordinates, click the appropriate radio button.

5. Click Save. Click OK.

Newly opened Gerber images will be displayed using the specified choices. Currently open Gerber images are not affected.
