Creating custom units

All Editions

You can define custom units as required.

To define a custom unit:

1. Choose Preference Options.

2. Click the beside System.

3. Click Units.

4. Under Custom Units, type the name of the new unit.

5. Type or select the equivalent value.

6. Click Save. Click OK.

Example: 1.0 bob = 0.25 in.

New custom units are added to the lists of unit options.
