Popup Annotations

Popup annotations are comments inserted in PDF files represented by icons or special formatting. When opened in Imagenation, these popup annotations display in a dialog box.

To display or hide Popup Annotations:

1. Choose Preference $image\lgarrow_shg.gif$ Options.

2. Click the $image\plus_shg.gif$ beside Format.

3. Click Adobe PDF/PS.

4. Select the Display Popup Annotation checkbox to display popup annotations or deselect the checkbox to turn this feature off.

5. Click Save. Click OK.

Future PDF documents will be displayed as defined. Current open PDF documents are not affected.
