PDF User Password

Some PDF files may have been saved with security features. You can set Imagenation to use the appropriate password for opening these files.

To use the PDF password:

1. Choose Preference $image\lgarrow_shg.gif$ Options.

2. Click the $image\plus_shg.gif$ beside Format.

3. Click Adobe PDF/PS.

4. Under PDF User Password, enter the appropriate password (up to 32 characters).

5. Click Save. Click OK.

This selection has no effect on the active document, but all subsequent PDF documents encoded with the selected password will open.
