Imagenation produces print and control files that are processed during remote printing. When printing is complete, these files are deleted. You can specify the directory Imagenation uses for these temporary files. We recommend using a local directory to speed up printing.
To define a temporary file directory:
In the Image.ini file:
· In the [Print] section, locate the Server Dir= keyname. After the equal sign, type the directory path where temporary files can be created. For example:
[Print]
Server Dir=c:\temp
If "Server Dir" is missing or not specified, then Imagenation creates the temporary files in either the directory containing the Imagenation binaries, or the directory the image being printed was found in. If the user does not have write permission to these directories, then remote print attempts will fail.
Imagenation does not check for the existence of a TEMP environment variable.
