Loading external references in RTF files

You can specify one or more directories that Imagenation will search for external references in RTF files.

To define the location of external references in RTF files:

1. Open the Image.ini file in a text editor.

In the [XRef Paths] section:

2. Locate the Format IDs= keyname. Add 704 to list of format numbers.

Example: Format IDs=502,704

3. Use the 704= keyname to define the directory paths to search for RTF files. You can define more than one path, separated by semicolons. For example:

704=C:\Docs\Data;D:\Project\RTF

4. Save the Image.ini file, and close it.

When you restart Imagenation and open an RTF file with external references, the settings in the Image.ini file will be used to locate the specified files.
