By default, selected objects are outlined with short, green dashed lines. Groups of selected objects are outlined by long, red dashed lines. These lines represent the minimum enclosing rectangle (MER). If these colors interfere with the colors that appear in the images you are viewing, you can change them by editing the Image.ini file.

1. Open the Image.ini file in a text editor.
In the [User Interface Preferences] section:
2. Find the Object MER Colour= keyname. After the equal sign (=), type the number of the color to appear around selected objects. Color options

Type a R=red, G=green, and B=blue, where each is a number between 0 and 255, where 0 equals none and 255 equals the maximum intensity of that color. Windows color tip
3. Repeat step 2, this time using the WorkGroup MER Colour= keyname to choose the color to appear around the selected groups of objects.
4. Save the Image.ini file, and close it.
When you restart Imagenation, the color settings take effect.
