In the Batch Manager dialog box:

2. Click New.

In the Batch Setup dialog box:

3. Type a Batch Name.

4. Set the Directories to use for the batch.

5. In the Input text box, type the directory from which to retrieve the images to be processed, or select it using Browse.

6. In the Output text box, type the directory in which to place the processed images, or select it using Browse.

7. In the Failed text box, type the directory in which to place images that fail to be processed, or select it using Browse.

8. In the Thumbnails text box, type the directory into which thumbnails are placed, or select it using Browse.

9. If required, select the Keep Original check box to preserve a copy of the original image. Type the directory in which to place the original images, or select it using Browse.

10. If required, select the Log File check box to create a log file. Type the directory and file name of the log file, or select the directory using Browse.

11. To apply clean-up and file options to the images in the batch, select the Override Commands in Images check box. Click Command Setup to open the Command Setup dialog box and select clean-up and file options.

The new batch appears in the Batch Manager dialog box.

To run the batch from the command line:

1. Close Imagenation if it is still running.

2. At a command prompt, type image -batch.

Imagenation runs minimized in the task bar and processes all enabled batches. Batches with a time stamp will be processed at the designated time.
