The [Tool] section keynames correspond to certain options in the Preference Options dialog box. These keynames define the default operation of the edit and markup tools. For an explanation of user interface options, click the Help button in the Preference Options dialog box (Preference
Options).
Purpose Defines whether the image background appears behind annotation text.
To Change Edit the Image.ini file.
Values 0 = image background shows behind annotation text:
