The settings in the [Session] section are used to define the default behavior of certain Raster menu commands. All can be set in the Imagenation user interface. For an explanation of these, click the Help buttons in the appropriate dialog boxes.
Purpose Allows you to crop the active raster to a new size.
To Change Use the "Size" group in the Crop - To Size dialog box (Raster
Crop
To Size).
Values size-index = Size index ID
length = length of the page in units specified
width = with of the page in units specified
units = unit of measurement
Default 255 <current page size><current unit>
Editions View-Markup-Edit, Scan-View-Markup-Edit, and Scan-View-Edit
Purpose Defines the resolution value.
To Change Use the scroll box under "Resolution" in the Rasterize dialog box (Raster
Rasterize).
Values resolution = resolution value
Default 200 dpi
Editions View-Markup-Edit, Scan-View-Markup-Edit, and Scan-View-Edit
Purpose Defines a resolution value, therefore overriding the current document resolution.
To Change Use the "Override Current Resolution" check box in the Rasterize dialog box (Raster
Rasterize).
Values 0 = override resolution.
1 = do not override resolution.
Default 1
Editions View-Markup-Edit, Scan-View-Markup-Edit, and Scan-View-Edit
Purpose Defines how light or dark the bilevel image is.
To Change When "Bilevel" is selected for color, use the "Brightness" slider in the Rasterize dialog box (Raster
Rasterize).
Values value = value of color
Default 140 (medium)
Editions View-Markup-Edit, Scan-View-Markup-Edit, and Scan-View-Edit
Purpose Defines how light or dark the bilevel (enhanced), bilevel (CAD), or bilevel (difussion dithered) image is.
To Change When "Bilevel (enhanced)", "Bilevel (CAD)", or "Bilevel (diffusion dithered)" is selected, use the "Brightness" slider in the Rasterize dialog box (Raster
Rasterize).
Values value = value of color
Default 50 (medium dark)

Purpose Allows you to resize the image as you rasterize it
To Change Use the "Size" group in the Rasterize dialog box (Raster
Rasterize).
