image\bookopn_shg.gif Image.ini file sections

The initialization file for Imagenation, an ASCII text file called Image.ini (by default), is often stored in the Imagenation program directory. If an Image.ini file is not found, Imagenation creates a new one.

This file stores the Imagenation system defaults. While you can change many defaults using dialog boxes, to change others, you must edit the Image.ini file itself.

In this help reference, the INI keynames that can be modified through the Imagenation user interface are listed with their corresponding dialog box or command. The keynames that must be changed by editing the Image.ini file are listed with their Purpose, possible Values, Default value, and the editions of Imagenation to which they apply.

Click the name of the Section to get a listing of each keyname in that section.
