[Custom Page Sizes]

The [Custom Page Sizes] section lists all defined custom page sizes, and the IDs of any deleted standard page sizes. You can add, edit, or delete items in this section by using the Page Size category (Preference $image\lgarrow_shg.gif$ Options, $image\plus_shg.gif$ System, Page Size). For more information, click the Help button in that dialog box.
