Ensure that the Plug-in DLLs are installed in the correct Plugins folder. The Plug-in DLLs have to be copied into the browser’s Plugins folder.
For example:
c:\program files\netscape\navigator\program\plugins
or
c:\program files\Plus!\Microsoft Internet\plugins
Once the Plug-in is loaded, click the About button 
on the Plug-in View Ribbon to
view the filename and path of the Plug-in DLL. Ensure that the
correct DLL is loaded by confirming the correct path. See also, Internet
