Right Mouse button menus

Many commands in the View Ribbon can also be done by clicking the right mouse button (RMB) in the active document window to display a context-sensitive menu. Different menus appear for 2D and 3D documents. You can select an option from the menu that appears.

2D RMB menu

Zoom

changes the pointer to and allows you to drag up to magnify, and drag down to reduce the size of the image.

Pan

changes the pointer to and allows you to move the image within the Plug-in window. Drag the pointer to move the image.

Fit

scales the image to fill the window.

Magnify

magnifies the image by one zoom step so that you can see part of the image in more detail.

Reduce

reduces the image by one zoom step, allowing you to see more of the image.

Invert

reverses the black and white parts of the image. Some images look better with a dark (inverted) background.

Rotate 90 CCW

turns the image 90 degrees Counter-ClockWise (to the left if starting at the top).

Rotate 90 CW

turns the image 90 degrees ClockWise (to the right if starting at the top).

Rotate 180

turns the image 180 degrees (a half turn).

3D RMB menu

Free Rotate

rotates the 3D image in any direction.

Zoom

zoom in and out of the 3D image.

Pan

moves the 3D image in the Plug-in window.

Magnify

magnifies the image by one zoom step so that you can see part of the image in more detail.

Reduce

reduces the image by one zoom step, allowing you to see more of the image.

Views

selects the area of the model to display: Isometric, Front, Back, Left, Right, Top, or Bottom.

Perspective Projection

changes the display so that the scale of the model decreases according to its distance from you.
