The Annotation Display setting in the View Options dialog box defines whether annotation text appears in a dialog box or as simple text. When Simple Text is selected, you can change the display of all the annotations on the page.
To display the text of all annotations on the page:
· Choose View ® Annotations ® Maximize All.
All annotations are displayed as text on the image. The shape of annotations is saved with the document.
