Use this procedure after you have:

· opened two or more documents with the Open as Multipage check box selected.

· added pages (using Page, Import or Page, New) to an existing single-page document.

To save an untitled multipage document:

1. Choose File ® Save As.

In the Save Document As dialog box:

2. Change the multipage Label to something more descriptive than "Untitled Document."

3. Optionally, in the File name text box, type a new directory location for the document, or select it using Browse.

4. Specify a more descriptive File name than random letters and numbers, retaining the file name extension.

5. Select the Format to use: Spicer Document (simpler) or Spicer Multipage.

6. If the multipage contains Untitled pages, select one of them in the list box. Type a Label for the page and, if available, a File Name and Format. Repeat for other Untitled pages.

7. Click Save.

The multipage document is saved with the specified file properties.
