Use this setting to display or hide tracked changes.
To display or hide tracked changes:
1. Choose Preference ® Options,
Format.
2. Click Word.
3. Select the Display track changes (View/Print) checkbox to display tracked changes or deselect the checkbox to turn this feature off.
4. Click Save. Click OK.
Use this setting to display or hide hidden text.
To display or hide hidden text:
1. Choose Preference ® Options,
Format.
2. Click Word.
3. Select the Show hidden text checkbox to display tracked changes or deselect the checkbox to turn this feature off.
4. Click Save. Click OK.
Future MS-Word files will be displayed as defined. Current open MS-Word files are not affected.
