Using Browse

 

You can click Browse to select a folder, file name, and format for the document selected in the Save or Export dialog box.

In the Select File Name and Location dialog box:

1. Select the folder to Save the document in.

2. Type the File name to use.

3. From the "Save as type" list, select the file format to use. Click Save.

The originating dialog box returns. The directory you selected and the file name you typed appear in the File Name text box. The file format you selected is displayed in the Format list.
