Rotate command (Group menu)

When the Rotate command is active, you can place a center of rotation icon: $image\rot_ctr_shg.gif$ anywhere on the active edit layer, and rotate the selected objects around that point.

Hotspot icons and annotations are moved but not really rotated with this command.
