Shortcut key: CTRL+Z

Use Edit, Undo to restore the last object you deleted, or to remove the last object you drew. You can choose Edit ® Undo until you reach an action that cannot be undone, or until no actions are left to undo.

To reverse an undo, use the Edit, Redo command.
