In 3D Model mode, you can use the clipping plane to cut through a 3D model and view the interior structure. Imagenation uses a single clipping plane to cut through the 3D model. This plane can be defined around its horizontal and vertical axis and moved through the model to display different parts of the image.

When cross-sectioning is active, you can pan, rotate or zoom the model normally.
