Changing the display style of 3D models can increase the render speed of 3D documents. This can increase the speed of rotating, panning, or zooming in and out of the model.

To change the display style:

In 3D Model view:

1. Choose 3D Ž Options.

In the 3D Options dialog box:

2. Click the 3D Options tab.

3. Under Display Style, select one of the display styles for the Still and Interactive modes.

4. Click OK or Set All.

The display style setting for the 3D model changes.

The Display Style settings are applied to the active document. To configure these settings for future documents, repeat the procedure using View Ž Preferences instead.
