Example: MoveLayer

Suppose Layer A has a layerID of 1024 and is 1,000 x 2,000 pixels in size

Suppose Layer B has a layerID of 1025 and is 500 x 1,000 pixels in size

To move Layer B to be one-quarter of Layer A in both directions:

[MoveLayer(1025, 1024, 0, 25000, 25000, 0, 0)]

To move Layer B by 100 pixels in both directions relative to Layer A:

x1 = 100 * 100,000 / 1,000 = 10,000

y1 = 100 * 100,000 / 2,000 = 5,000
