Displaying the Reference window

The Reference window displays the entire image in the active document window in miniature.

To display or hide the Reference window:

· Use the ShowReferenceWindow transaction (1 = show, 0 = hide).

The Reference window is displayed or closed. You can also use the IsReferenceWindowVisible transaction (no parameters) to find out whether or not the window is open.

A crossed box in the Reference window highlights the currently visible area of the page. You can change the color of this box.

To request and set the color of the highlight box in the Reference window:

· Use the GetHighlightBoxColor and the SetHighlightBoxColor transaction.

The highlight box color is sent back to the application that requested it and then set.
