Imagenation is an imaging program used to view, mark up, and edit raster images, vector images, and text documents in various formats. Using the DDE transactions and notifications (through DDEML or through OLE Automation), you can develop an application that calls on Imagenation to perform functions for it. For example, you can:
· enhance a document or data management system with a universal viewer
· perform batch conversions on a group of images, CAD drawings, or plot files
· add document imaging to existing database applications or an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
· use Imagenation as the view component of a scan or fax server
