Users can imprint documents with a banner or a stamp for printing and faxing. They can also place this text permanently on documents using the Raster, Banner and Raster, Stamp commands. Before this text is placed permanently on the raster image, you can give users the option of editing it in the Banner or Stamp dialog boxes.
Note that the Banner and Stamp dialog boxes that these keynames display are not the same as the Banner and Stamp property sheets in the Print dialog box.
To allow users to edit banners and stamps from the Raster menu:
1. Open the SRC file in a text editor.
In the [System] section:
2. Type prompt before banner=1 to display the Banner dialog box when the user selects the Raster, Banner command.
3. Type prompt before stamp=1 to display the Stamp dialog box when the user selects the Raster, Stamp command
4. Save the SRC file and compile it. (For details, see Compiling a CFG file.)
Both of these keynames can be set to 2 to unlock their counterparts in the Imagenation INI file. For details, see "prompt before stamp" (Image.ini file) and "prompt before banner" (Image.ini file).
If you do not want users to change banner or stamp settings, you must also remove options in the Print and FAX Send dialog boxes.
