The Edit Options dialog box (Edit image\arrow_shg.gif Options) defines edit attributes for the active edit layer for the current session only. The Preference Options dialog box, Edit category (Preference image\arrow_shg.gif Options, Edit) defines the edit attributes used by default on future edit layers. You can save these defaults in the Imagenation INI file for future sessions.

allow cut/copy tab in tool prefs=0 | 1

Purpose Controls the Cut/Copy category.

Values 0 = Disable the Cut/Copy category.
1 = Enable the Cut/Copy category.

Default 1

Purpose Controls the Apply to Active Raster Only check box, which appears under the Cut/Copy category in the Edit Preference Options dialog box.

Values 0 = Disable the Apply to Active Raster Only check box.
1 = Enable the Apply to Active Raster Only check box.

measurements in pixels=0 | 1

Purpose Controls whether "pixels" appears in measurements lists. This keyname also affects the Tool Options and Preference Options dialog boxes, and the View Options and Preference Options dialog boxes.

Values 0 = Disable the pixels option.
1 = Enable the pixels option.

save and reset buttons in file prefs=0 | 1

Purpose Controls the Save and Reset buttons in all Preference Options dialog boxes. The Save button saves the options selected in the dialog box to the Imagenation INI file. The Reset button restores the INI file settings that were last saved.

Values 0 = Disable the Save and Reset buttons.
1 = Enable the Save and Reset buttons.
