Some bilevel raster images contain noise--black or white dots speckling the image. You can clean up this noise on the active raster layer.
Effect of despeckling
To remove black or white clusters of pixels within a specified area:
· Use the IN_DespeckleEx function. Specify the active raster layer ID as objectID.
The noise is removed from the raster image.
