What's new in Release 4.5?

Also note the following general changes:

· Examples and Edition information have been added to many functions.

· All values are listed with the function descriptions instead of referring to the Inapidef.h file.

· IN_BOOL data type values are listed as TRUE (meaning 1) and FALSE ( meaning 0).
