New in Release 6.3?

New functions

The following functions were added to Imagenation for Windows in Release 6.3. They are not yet available in Imagenation for UNIX.

· IN_FtpFileDownload downloads an Internet file, using FTP, to a folder called Spicer under the system temporary folder.

· IN_HttpFileDownload downloads an Internet file, using HTTP, to a folder called Spicer under the system temporary folder.

· IN_RasterizeEx rasterizes layers into a new raster image, with several Extended output options allowed.

· IN_SetPrintOptionsEx sets the Extended default print options.

Modified function

· IN_PlaceVectorObject was extended with support for version 2 text objects to allow font transparency. For details, see IN_V2_TEXT_* structures.

File Formats

Support for the following file formats was added to Imagenation for Windows in Release 6.3.

· Gerber RS-274D (560)

· Gerber extended RS-274X (561)

· MS Word 2002, read-only (717)

The ability to recognize, but not display, the following file formats was also added in this release.

· Corel Presentations 7 (543)

· QuattroPro 6 (712)

· QuattroPro 9 (713)
