IN_FlushDownloadDirectory

When Internet files are downloaded with IN_FtpFileDownload and IN_HttpFileDownload they are placed in a folder called Spicer, under the system temporary folder. The IN_FlushDownloadDirectory function removes this directory, thereby deleting all of these files.
