To display a document, you must bind a View Control to a Document Control. You have a variety of options for displaying documents in that View Control, as discussed in the following topics and sections.
Note that if you close the document in the Document Control that is bound to a View Control, or bind the View Control to a different Document Control, all changes to view settings (for example, page scroll bars) are lost and must be redefined unless they are saved in the INI file through Preferences dialog boxes.
