What's new: Scan Review™ for Imagenation VME

Automate scan-review workflows and improve imaging productivity with NEW Spicer Scan Review.

When installed with Spicer Imagenation, Scan Review continually monitors an input folder for newly scanned documents and automatically opens the scanned images in Imagenation for review and final file acceptance or rejection.

Users can quickly perform cleanup tasks, such as rotate, despeckle, deskew or crop, within the Imagenation program. Scanned images can be saved in a wide-variety of industry standard formats, including TIFF, CALS, JPEG, JPG2000 and PDF, for archive and distribution.

Integration

Build and enhance document solutions with Imagenation APIs

Imagenation's universal viewing capabilities are often integrated with document/data management, workflow, or Intranet systems, to provide complete document solutions. For example, integrate Imagenation with a database to open documents from the database, add markups, and check them back in to be opened by other users. Using Imagenation's robust Application Programming Interface (API), integrators can control hundreds of functions, attributes, preferences, and permissions to build functional solutions.
